Temblor is a corporate saboteur for hire. Often requiring payment in advance, Temblor is armed with two gloves that can produce earthquake-sized shockwaves capable of causing massive damage. Pam Isley manipulated Temblor into attacking companies she linked to environmental crimes. After scouting the premises as a protestor, she used a voice filter to assign Temblor. After attacking Neugog Chemicals and Chlorogene corporate headquarters, Temblor realized his payments were a mere pittance. Upon being assigned to attack Chlorogene Research Labs, he confronted Isley only to be confronted by the Batman. He was defeated when his gloves were shorted out and arrested by Gotham Police.
