The Dragon's Fangs is an elite cult of enforcers whose origins run parallel with the Yakuza mobs of Japan. Trained in the basic and esoteric techniques of martial arts such as ninjutsu, the Fangs serve as the elite assassins of Yakuza leader, Hideo Katsu. A strike team accompanied Katsu to Gotham City to set up operations. However, they were defeated by the Batman and Catwoman then arrested by Gotham Police.
