The Tokyo Troopers are a special law enforcement unit founded by Uyehara Daizo. The Troopers' mandate was to keep Tokyo safe from crime. Over the years, they became the triumph of culture, technology, and design. The highly advanced command center is outfitted with efficient but comftorable cubic living units. Troopers are required to attend hourly training sessions in order for them to remain in peak fighting form.
For all their effort, crime in Tokyo was reduced by 200%. The Troopers became too good at their job. Without crime to fight, Daizo used Brushogun's powers to create new criminals to fight and keep the unit from becoming obsolete. The Teen Titans revealed Daizo's insanity and defeated him.
