The headquarters of the Teen Titans is the Titans Tower, a six story glass and steel structure shaped as a T, located on a small island in the Bay of Jump City. The island was originally uninhabited. Due to its proximity to an oil rig, the island may have served as a staging area for crews. Nonetheless, the island was later used by Gordanian, Lord Trogaar to land a strike team in search of Starfire. After defeating the Gordanians and saving the city, Cyborg observed how the island may serve as a good place to build a base. A short time later, Cyborg designed and built the Titans Tower. Since the Tower is based off the same technology as him, Cyborg can interface with it at many points. He can even connect to the Tower outside and form himself into a devastating weapon. Computers in the Tower contain a comprehensive database of information, including a restricted file on Raven, and are connected to a highly secured underground server.

Every inch of the Tower houses something different. The Sub-Basement has become the Evidence Room of the Teen Titans and holds numerous mementos from their cases, including one of the dolls inhabited by the Puppet King, Slade gear, and a Mad Mod statue. The ground floor houses an underwater bay for the T-Sub, a launch pad for the T-Ship, and a garage that houses the T-Car and R-Cycle. Level Four houses the Titans' gymnasium, one of two places where they commence combat practice. Level 12 is the main hall and contains the kitchen, Gamestation, flat panel computer displays, and residential dormitory rooms for each Titan. One of the main design flaws of the Tower is that it contains only one bathroom.

In preparation for Trigon, the Titans constructed a safe room for Raven lined with state of the art technology and symbols to keep anything and everything out. The roof top was converted to a basketball and volleyball court for downtimes in criminal activity. Years later, when Cyborg was temporarily upgraded with the Maximum 7 processor, he built a Game Room in the Tower. The perimeter of the Tower is defended by sensors and is also the site of combat simulations.

When the Titans go to sleep, Cyborg initiates a lockdown sequence that puts security on high alert. Otherwise, the Tower is still difficult to infiltrate with security codes and encryption strings being constantly reset. Cyborg periodically upgardes ops in the Tower but becomes obsessed with bringing in all forms of technology like the hard to find Gamestation XL and equalizer. The Tower also later became home to Silkie, one of Killer Moth's creations and now the Titan's pet. It could be found sleeping anywhere from Starfire's room to Robin's room to the hangar.

Over the years, the Tower was infiltrated by villains such as Gizmo, Jinx, Mammoth, Puppet King, Red X (II), Adonis, Mother Mae-Eye, and Control Freak and attacked by others like Slade, Mad Mod, Atlas, Malchior, Professor Chang, and Saico Tek.

During a pursuit of their Control Freak, the Teen Titans of the Teen Titans Go! universe ended up in the Tower. Freak was horrified to realize they were in the Titans Tower of the 2003 Teen Titans series. The Titans were in awe of the tower and admitted Freak was right about the 2003 series being the superior version. He demanded his remote back and pointed out there already were Titans present. Raven portaled them away. They held a burping contest. Freak was angry they were ruining a beloved series. To add insult to injury, they did the 2003 intro their own way.
