The Titans East Tower is headquarters of the eastern branch of the Teen Titans. Located near an ocean body, possibly the East River, the Tower is similar to the original in that both are a six story glass and steel structure shaped as a T. The main hall houses an 18 foot deep swimming pool to accomodate Aqualad. The base of the Tower is also doubles as a dock and helipad for various Titans vehicles.
Bumblebee set up the Tower but required Cyborg's technical expertise to complete it. With only the Level 4 Sensor Grid operational, Cyborg activated the Tower's encryption keys and security system. Unlike the original Tower, the East Tower is home to a Gamestation 2 and a disco ball.
However, Brother Blood downloaded the encryption keys and proceeded to make the building his own. After taking control of everyone except Cyborg, Blood secretly prepared for the final battle within the Tower. After Blood was defeated, the Tower was repaired and refurbished.
