Tamaran is a planet located in the Vega star system. The Tamaranians, much like the other residents of Vega, are a warrior race. Tamaran is also home to unique creatures such as Steiner Mites, Portkins, Flornops, and Glorkaroaches. Aside from the Tamaranian structures, the planet is a lush jungle habitat and has several moons.
The Teen Titans were able to make the trip to Tamaran with the T-Ship for Starfire's wedding. They discovered the planet was under siege not by the Citadel nor the Gordanians, but an enemy called the Drenthax. The war turned out to be a fabrication on part of Empress Blackfire and was revealed by the Teen Titans.
