As a tribute to their quest of world domination, the Brotherhood of Evil has built several secret bases all over the globe including Europe and South America. A castle stronghold existed in the European countryside, several bunkers existed in the Amazon, and their main headquarters was miles underground Paris, France, the home of the man who would become the Brain.
The castle stronghold was abandoned years ago after the Doom Patrol discovered it and destroyed the Quantum Generator. The Brotherhood retreated to the Amazon to utilize natural resources to rebuild the Generator. Robot Man was caught and deactivated near a Brotherhood bunker armed with automated defense systems. The Teen Titans followed a robot drone to find the main compound and freed the Doom Patrol. In the process, the building was destroyed by a thermogenic chain reaction.
The Doom Patrol went ahead to a third base strategically placed near mountains and a desert. Mento and Beast Boy infiltrated the compund despite a neo steel door, laser turrents, smart mines, and security cameras. However, the building itself coated with psychic shielding to weaken Mento's telepathic powers. In the final confrontation, Beast Boy redirected the Quantum Generator's targeting coordinates to the base and destroyed it. The Brotherhood regrouped at its main headquarters in Paris and recruited all super villains to join forces. One by one, the Brotherhood systematically neutralized super heroes and brought them back to Paris to be cyrogenically frozen. However, the Titans were prepared and a final stand took place. The Brain attempted to escape and destroy the base with a fusion device but the Herald teleported it into space. The entire Brotherhood was frozen and the base was most likely sealed off.
