A Level 4 Containment Field is a highly advanced and sophisticated form of technology used to capture living things. Likewise, only those with advanced mechanical aptitude can create one. Gizmo was able to build one but admitted that even he would have a difficulty making it. It stands to reason that Cyborg may also be able to make one if need be. Activated by a remote, the static field snuggly binds the target. It properties make it one of the few things that can immobilize someone with enhanced speed such as Kid Flash. He was captured with it on one occassion by Jinx in order to legitimize herself to the Brotherhood of Evil. However, she destroyed the device and freed Kid Flash when she realized she wasn't meant to join them.
