Tramm is loosely affiliated with Atlantis and prefers to live away from the fabled city. He resides in a cavern in Sector 7, the Pacific Ocean, near the west coast of the United States of America. Tramm is an ally of Aqualad, who is one of the few friends and individuals who can understand him. Much like a pufferfish, he can expand his body to a larger size and increase his physical strength. But Tramm is more well known for being good with technology and machines. After helping repair the T-Sub and defeating Trident, Tramm and Aqualad were made honorary Titans.
Years later, the Brotherhood of Evil dispatched XL Terrestrial, Trident, and Plasmus to attack the duo. They were brought to Paris and frozen by Professor Chang's technology. However, they were soon freed when the surviving Titans staged a final assault against the super villains.
