As part of a normal routine, Commander Daizo forced Brushogun to create a new menace for his Tokyo Troopers to fight. Shortly after the arrival of the Teen Titans in Tokyo, a giant lizard with a passing resemblance to famous Japanese movie monster appeared and attacked the city's power lines. The Titans observed it could regenerate like Saico Tek and tried to stop it. However, they were out of their element and watched as the Tokyo Troopers defeated it with a collapsing energy field. After its capture, Daizo most likely recalled and dissipated it.
