Even within interdimensional space, life exists. This is the case in the area known as Dimension X. Much like how some sea creatures bond to coral, these beasts tend to cluster on large boulders. They wait a few moments before attacking their prey together, with their tentacle-like appendages. When Raven searched for Herald in Dimension X to bestow a Titans Communicator to him, she was assaulted by several of the beasts. Herald used his power to save her from them.
