Code name XL Terrestrial, a metahuman enrolled in the H.I.V.E. Academy under Brother Blood. It escaped the H.I.V.E. Academy's headquarters as the Teen Titans destroyed it. Like most of the students, XL Terrestrial free lanced as a super villain for awhile.
He was recruited to join the Brotherhood of Evil years later. On the day of their planned attack, XL Terrestrial was dispatched to Sector 7, the Pacific Ocean, and capture Tramm. Tramm escaped to help Aqualad but was defeated by Plasmus and Trident. In the final battle, XL Terrestrial and the rest of the Brotherhood were cryogenically frozen.
