5000 years from the present, a witch was woken from an eternal slumber by a warrior named Krall. Krall desired to be a true hero and demanded her aid. The Witch twisted his wish and summoned an army of monsters to attack Krall's tribe. She warned him that each wish has a price but he ignored the consequences. After Cyborg deduced Krall's role in the war, he again asked the Witch for help. She obliged him and merged him with several monsters.
It appears that in the final hours of the war, the Witch fled the wrath of Sarasim and the tribe by traveling into the future. She was recruited to join the Brotherhood of Evil. On the day of their planned attack, the Witch was not present and her whereabouts are unknown.
