Saico Tek is a creation of Brushogun. It appears to based on the Japanese tokusatsu live action superhero television shows. Saico Tek, however, appears to be the opposite and is a villain. In an effort to get free from Commander Daizo, Brushogun sent a Saico Tek to Jump City to attract their attention and begin an investigation. Saico Tek then attacked the Titans Tower and was captured. While in custody in the Tower Interrogation Room, Robin utilized translators to alter Saico Tek's speech from Japanese to English. After learning he was from Tokyo, the Titans headed to Japan.
Daizo sent a second Saico Tek to fight Robin. It was beaten senseless and Daizo used the opportunity to frame Robin for murder. After Brushogun was freed by the Teen Titans, Saico Tek ceased to be.
