Lord Trogaar is a high ranking official among the Gordanians of the Vega Star System. As menacing as his appearance, Trogaar commands a unit and rounds up slaves for his masters, the Citadel. On one such mission, his team captured a space monster, a Locrix, and Tamaran Princess, Koriand'r. However, the routine flight was disturbed when Koriand'r escaped to a nearby planet. Trogaar sent his warriors to Earth and warned anyone against aiding the alien princess. After failing to recapture her, Trogaar decided to destroy Jump City with his ship's particle cannon. Koriand'r and four teenagers boarded the ship and confronted Trogaar. He was unimpressed and proceeded to kill them but he was knocked unconscious by Cyborg's sonic cannon.
