Andre Le Blanc is the allegedly "the world's greatest jewel thief," which hasn't done anything to cure his ego and arrogance. Believed to be a member of the Brotherhood of Evil and profiled on the international most wanted list, Le Blanc evaded capture and attempted to debut in America's Jump City while the famous Teen Titans were away fighting the Brotherhood. However, while robbing the Bank of Perez, Le Blanc was confronted by the Titans East and captured. In prison, he and Punk Rocket watched as the Titans defeated Control Freak and won his Ultimate Titans Challenge.
He soon escaped prison and returned to the Brotherhood's base in Paris just in time to watch Robin being cryogenically frozen. Le Blanc, Adonis, Mammoth, and Private Hive bumped into Cinderblock but discovered he was possessed by Jericho and were attacked by Beast Boy's crack team. In the final battle, Le Blanc and the Brotherhood were frozen by their own technology.
