Angel was a student enrolled at the H.I.V.E. Academy. Despite her codename, Angel is a bonafide villain in training. She has the ability to fly due to a mutation that allowed her body to develop bird-like wings. She can manipulate its size from small to large at will, as well. It appears she is a romantic interest of a classmate, Kyd Wykkyd. It is unknown if she graduated H.I.V.E. Academy and became a full-fledged agent.
A year later, she was recruited to join the Brotherhood of Evil. Angel was dispatched to team up with Punk Rocket and capture Bumblebee, former classmate and current leader of Titans East. However, she evaded capture. Angel returned empty-handed to the Brotherhood's Paris hideout and was one of many cryogenically frozen in the final showdown against the Titans.
