Treadmill Spirit is a metaphysical figure tied to the treadmill and is constantly exercising to stay ripped. He starts at 3 am with a 16 mile sprint, does elliptical for a hour, from 5-7 am does upper body work, from 7-8 am does upper upper body work and from 8-8:15 am juices and does squats while waiting. Upon meeting him, Cyborg and Beast Boy decided they needed to get their couch back. Robin was content with keeping the treadmill but was soon spotted by the Treadmill Spirit to keep moving.
