After being embarrassed at a gym in Austria, Silkie considered giving up on his dream to become a world famous bodybuilder. He heard a voice behind him telling him having chicken legs didn't mean he had to be a chicken, it just meant he had to train like one. The coach leaned out the window. Silkie was inspired. The coach's training methods were unconventional. He threw a rooster on the treadmill to chase after Silkie. Silkie did squats above a nest of newly born chicks while he held baskets filled to the top with eggs, two hens sitting on each arm, and coach sitting on his shoulders hitting his head with a chicken leg. Silkie did heel raises on a bar while he wore a basket filled to the top with hens. He tried to take a break but one of the hens on the bar turned out to be the coach in disguise. He yelled "No breaks!" into his bullhorn and reminded Silkie he wanted to see diamonds in his calves. Silkie won the body building competition. The coach raised his left arm in victory.
