Sam Register is a ballroom dancing champion and President of Warner Bros. Animation. He was in love with the Teen Titans ever since he was a child, collecting all their comic books and reenacted their adventures in his bedroom. It was always his dream to bring the Titans to television. The first thing did when he began at Warner Bros. was to pick up the phone and shout, "I want hard boiled eggs!" then the second thing he did was green light an animated series for the Titans. As producer, Register put together an incredibly talented crew in 2002 then the series debuted to audiences all over the world in 2003. It was a hit for half a decade then it was canceled because the studio wanted to go in a different direction. Register spent the next seven years working on a new series for the Titans. In 2012, he completed Teen Titans Go! and called up the cast. However, he had to change the format from a big budget action series to a low budget comedy despite some minor issues the cast had with the change.
For it to be a success, he recruited the help of an associate, Vishnu Athreya. In exchange, Register promised to include multi-part episodes, crossovers, and holiday specials and the Titans had to perform at Athreya's niece's birthday party. The Network was so happy with the show's success, they gave Register a giant golden head in his likeness to ride around in. He only used it for business purposes but had been seen using it to get to the restroom, check on the Crew, and steal food from the snack room. Rumors began to swirl about Beast Boy getting his own spin-off series and he went out of control, making outlandish crimes, and making a scene like at the DC Awards. Teen Titans Go! was canceled after the show was changed to a period piece, The Teen Titans of Titaning Manor. While they hit rock bottom, Register came up with a new idea, a dramatical music called Teen Titans Go! To Broadway. The Teen Titans became popular again and Register continued using his giant golden head but never shared his hard boiled eggs.
