The Teen Titans followed Carl Sanpedro's foot prints to a local ballet studio in San Pedro where they met famous ballet dancer Mindy Oakland. They inquired why she was in San Pedro and not in Hollywood hanging out with other celebrities. She revealed she would rather bring the gift of dance back to her hometown. Beast Boy understood why everyone in San Pedro took ballet. Raven hit him in the head with a construct. She warned she was going to work them hard because ballet was no joke. Robin clarified they only came to ask her some questions. She would only answer their questions if they practiced ballet with her and told them to stand on their toes. Robin tried to clarify himself again but she yelled at them to go on their toes. They complied and cried out in agony. Robin strained over to her and asked if she seen Carl Sanpedro. She confirmed he came that morning and made Raven do a plie. She asked if he had a recipe book with him.
Oakland recalled there was a rectangular bulge under his shirt. She made Cyborg degage. He asked if she knew were Carl went. Oakland recalled Carl said he worked up quite an appetite. She made Beast Boy do an arabesque. Robin struggled to stay on his toes and claimed to know a place. Oakland finally ended the session. The Titans collapsed onto the floor and cried. She congratulated them.
