The Magical Tree Custodians are mushroom-like beings who act as guardians of the forest inhabited by the Universe Tree. When Robin attempted to leave with a piece of the Universe Tree, two custodians appeared and proceeded to stop him. Robin and his new staff soundly beat them up.
