Loofah Louie is the star of a popular children's show. He and his friends Amos and Lottie get into antics like playing their favorite game Pop the Water Balloon where they take turns filling each other up with as much water as they can take. All of the Titans, except Robin, thought he was funny and relatable, the most hysterical of all the cartoon characters, and a comedic genius. Robin thought he was behind an insidious plot to deny the Titans the Favorite Animated Show award. Louie won Favorite Animated Show at the 20th annual Kids' Opinion Awards in Jump City. Robin stormed the stage and accused Louie of cheating then stole the award in the name of justice only to be blasted with bananas. The Titans were kicked out of the theater. Robin still believed Louie was rigging the awards so the Titans sneaked back into the theater through the Municipal Banana Line. They overheard Louie talking about something that Robin would find shocking.
Once the coast was clear, they entered Louie's green room and searched. Robin found what he thought to be their invitation to the award show and suspected Louie stole it so the Titans wouldn't show up and win. Robin found a secret room where several children were wearing virtual reality headsets. He believed Louie was brainwashing them into voting for him. Louie applauded Robin's discovery and dipped Raven, Beast Boy, Cyborg, and Starfire into a jacuzzi since they looked overworked. Robin thought it was acid and chased after him. Louie pulled a handle and Robin was blasted with bananas but he was in a rage and beat up Louie. Amos and Lottie pointed out the rest of the Titans were still alive. Louie explained himself then revealed he always let children watch Teen Titans Go! episodes with the headsets because it was his favorite show and loved to share it with all fans.
Robin brought up the invite, but it was an invitation to his birthday bash taking place next week then explained the nomination was the invitation. Robin missed the fine print saying all five of the Titans were invited. He apologized to Louie and promised to make it up to him. Louie wanted to play his favorite game, Pop the Water Balloon and shot water into Robin's mouth until he popped.
