After the Teen Titans won a kajillion dollars from a sweepstakes, three Internal Revenue Service Agents arrived at the entrance to the Titans Tower and rang the doorbell. Robin had to explain the IRS was a government agency that collected taxes from everyone to fund government services like road maintenance, the fire department, health inspector, and sanitation. The other Titans found that greedy and didn't want to pay anything despite all they did was watch Raven open a bag of potato chips. Robin assured them they were only taking half of the money and they would still have an obscene amount. They refused to see reason. Starfire brandished a torch and pitchfork and suggested they get rid of them. Raven liked that idea and cast a spell to create a world where the IRS didn't exist. The agents vanished.
