Haunted Tank held a Pumpkin Blast attraction at the DC Halloween Festival in Jump City. Starfire blasted Robin's prize pumpkin over a creepy forest. Tank and the Teen Titans searched for it. General Tucker, the ghost inhabiting the tank, realized the pumpkin landed in Haunted House, which was his older brother Harry. Robin was unaware of his concern and proceeded to enter. Tucker held the door closed and suggested against going in because he and his brother really didn't get along. Robin promised they would be in and out. The door opening on it's own. Tucker cautioned everyone to be on alert. They found the pumpkin unharmed on a couch. The door suddenly closed and a pile of furniture. Without showing himself, Harry declared they weren't going anywhere. Planks rose up from the floor and boarded up all the windows. Harry possessed the fireplace and burned Cyborg's butt. He offered a chair to sit then levitated it away at the last second. Cyborg fell through the floor. Harry laughed.

Tucker had enough of the games and demanded he show himself. Harry seemingly appeared as a generic green ghost but it was just a pair of underwear and it landed on Beast Boy's face. He then gave Beast Boy a wedgie and carried him mid-air. Tucker demanded they be let out. Harry conceded and cleared the way to the door. Each time Robin reached for the door knob, it moved to a new spot on the door. Harry stopped but when Robin grabbed it, farts would be unleashed in the house. Tucker chided him. Harry retorted that's what he got for leaving him and remembered they had a good time haunting the house together but he ruined it by going off to haunt some stupid tank. Tucker stated his tank was awesome and it was better than being cooped up in the house forever. Bats emerged from the chimney. Tucker had a plan but they had to get to Harry's bedroom. As they went up the stairs, Harry possessed a painting and manipulated the steps. The Titans and Haunted Tank landed in the basement. Harry locked them in and possessed a meter, warning them about the monsters.

Tucker knew there weren't any but admitted the house was built on a cemetery. Harry possessed a skeleton and burst through the floor. He gave Beast Boy a wet willy, terrified Cyborg with a loogie, and held his eyeballs at the others but not touching them. Cyborg blasted the skeleton to pieces and they ran for the service elevator. Harry reformed the bones into a little bone monster and chased them. They tripped on a can and rolled into the elevator. The doors closed and the bone monster shattered to pieces. Tank and the Titans entered Harry's room. Harry was upset and reiterated Tucker knew he wasn't allowed in his room then told them to get out. Tucker pointed out that's what they wanted. Harry forbade them from leaving the house. Tucker invited the Titans to make themselves at home. Cyborg played with Harry's winning football and destroyed it and his record system. Robin played with his ninja sword but lost his grip and it went flying into Harry's television set. Raven and Starfire dialed Harry's girlfriend, pretended to be him, and told her he loved her and and they should move to Echo Park and get a dog. Beast Boy played one of his guitars but broke the strings and his amp.

Harry's anger was building up. Tucker asked if he could let the pet tarantula out then tipped the dresser and tank over. The tarantula went down a crack in the floor. Harry had enough. He picked up the tank, lifted his window sill, and threw the tank through a wall. It exploded outside. Tucker was aghast. He and Harry fought. The roof was the first to go. The whole house was soon leveled by their fight. It reminded Tucker of the time they opened a demon portal in the dining room. Harry remembered their mom and dad got so mad. They both laughed. Harry apologized for acting like a jerk. Tucker said he was the jerk for leaving and admitted he didn't know Harry missed him so much. They hugged and reconciled. Harry suggested a road trip since they both had nowhere to haunt. They commandeered the T-Car without permission and drove off across the sky towards the Moon despite Cyborg's protest.
