Frosty the Snowman greeted the Teen Titans in the North Pole and Cyborg quickly shot his head off and Robin used his body to restore Pepo the Pumpkinman back to life after his body wasted away. Frosty screamed in agony as his head melted. Frosty later greeted the audience on Halloween and filled them in that the Titans and Pepo were walking through a blizzard and hoped they were okay.
