Daffy Duck attended the 100th anniversary party at the Warner Bros. Studios. Daffy Duck was brusquely wanded by Starfire and given a pat down by Robin after he triggered the metal detector. He was stripped of all his feathers before Robin finally cleared him. Daffy threatened "his people" would be in touch. Robin thought it was a compliment and replied he was just doing his job as a superhero. Daffy decided to prove he was more of a superhero and told Bugs Bunny to empty his pockets after he triggered the detector, too. Bugs asked if was sure but Daffy was adamant. Bugs unloaded a bear trap, a vicious badger, and bomb. Daffy was beat up and blown into the water tower. At the party that night, Robin and Daffy Duck competed with each other at a Joker water gun stand. Batman won and got a Bat-Mite doll. Commissioner Gordon got out a super soaker and blasted Robin and Daffy with a powerful wave of water. The Teen Titans, Daffy, Yogi Bear, Gizmo, and Gizmo's offspring survived the destruction of the magical WB Shield by Michigan J. Frog.
Daffy berated Robin for their predicament. Robin was intent on finding the pieces of the shield and restoring Warner Bros. no matter how long it took. The team went on a seemingly endless walk across a desert. Cyborg informed them they were halfway. Daffy feigned exhaustion, produced a lily flower, declared he was dead and collapsed, inadvertently revealing the Mystery Machine hidden by a mound of sand. Daffy declared he made a miraculous recovery. Robin observed the van was a wreck. Daffy took back his statement and died again. Cyborg restored the van with his nanobots. Daffy quickly called shotgun. They drove to the Harry Potter castle where the signal from the first piece of the shield was. Daffy was creeped out by the castle. Brain Gremlin deduced the piece was in a locked room and the key was under the welcome mat. It was but a raven stole it. Yogi found two brooms. Robin thanked him and swatted the Brain Gremlin. Yogi clarified they could chase the raven with them. Robin and Daffy took off.
Daffy kept interrupting Robin, continuing with his stance that the current situation needed a real hero. They fought over the key, crashed into a tower, and fell to their doom. Robin missed two piles of hay and fell straight into the ground while Daffy made a soft landing, mocking him for calling himself a bird. They met the Wizard of Oz and Raven swiped the piece while he was distracted by Robin. They collected the second from a trio of Sea Creatures and located the last on Blockbuster Island. Instead, they found it in the possession of a gigantic Michigan J. Frog. Brain Gremlin fought him in a Gremlin mecha made from Cyborg's nanobots then swiped the piece as he was defeated. Robin instructed everyone to place hand on the shield and repeat after him saying, "We are the stuff that dreams are made of." The shield activated and transformed them into buff superheroes in the blue and yellow color scheme of Warner Brothers.
Daffy realized they made the magic of Warner Bros. on their side. Robin realized they became better heroes when they worked together and embraced with a manly handshake. Everyone emitted beams from the Warner Bros. logo on their chests and reduced Frog to regular size. Robin grabbed him then they unleashed an energy wave that restored the entire studio back to the way it was. Daffy told Bugs he single-handedly saved the day while he was at the bottom of a ditch chewing on a carrot.
