The Couch is a metaphysical spiritual figure that appears to those who become one with the couch and often advises those who are troubled. When Robin first became one with the couch in Titans Tower, the Couch helped him discover the source of his inability to relax: childhood trauma at the circus he grew up at. He later manifested when Beast Boy and Cyborg held a Lazy Sunday on a Tuesday. The Couch warned them never to give up their laziness but he himself got lazy and went to take a nap before he could finish his sentence. After taking back their donated couch, the Teen Titans were joined by the Couch, who was happy to see them again.
