Lottie is a fish and in the cast of a popular children's show, the Loofah Louie Show. Louie and his friends Amos and Lottie get into antics like playing their favorite game Pop the Water Balloon where they take turns filling each other up with as much water as they can take. Louie won Favorite Animated Show at the 20th annual Kids' Opinion Awards in Jump City. Robin stormed the stage and accused Louie of cheating then stole the award in the name of justice only to be blasted with bananas. The Titans were kicked out of the theater. After the ceremony, Amos congratulated Louie but Lottie noted Robin almost ruined and wondered if he knew what Louie was doing. Later on, Louie ran to Amos and Lottie, who were eating, and begged them for help. Robin beat up Louie until Amos and Lottie pointed out the other Teen Titans were still alive and not killed by Louie.
