The Tooth Fairy's Lair is a house fashioned out of a modestly large tooth. It is located in a rundown part of Jump City. It has the standard furnishings of a house but with piles, garbage bages and boxes full of teeth the Teeth Fairy collected over the years. She also has items with a tooth motif like a pillow that looks like a tooth, a lamp with a tooth icon on it, portraits of Batman and Joker's teeth, and so forth. The Teen Titans arrived at the lair to get their teeth back. Raven refused to give up hers so she accepted playing in a tooth eating competition against the Tooth Fairy and won.
