Tri State Auto Repair is a tow truck and auto repair shop run by William J Regan. He towed the T-Car back to the station after he encountered Beast Boy on the road. While Regan worked on the T-Car, a bird sent by Cyborg knocked over a frame, then a guitar, then revealed an old poster but Beast Boy failed to realize who Regan was. Regan mistakenly gave away his full name then Beast Boy finally realized the truth. Beast Boy convinced him responsibility was more important than an oath to never return to the Night Begins to Shine dimension. The pigeon opened a portal and returned home.
