After fleeing from Mad Mod through Raven's portal, the Teen Titans were transported from London to Singleton in West Sussex. They followed a roadside sign to The Repair Shop. Raven thought it was just a barn. Suddenly, they heard The Narrator noting The Repair Shop was a place of healing and happiness. He told the Titans he would guide them on their magical journey. Sonnaz Nooranvary hung on the wall like one of the various tools and hopped off. Robin introduced himself and the Titans. Sonnaz admitted their experts never had to repair broken superhero tech. Once Robin mentioned they had to stop Mad Mod, Sonnaz agreed to give it their best try. Robin brought forth his broken utility belt. She asked if it was special to him. Robin told her it was very special and it was given to him by Batman. She asked him to tell her about Batman. Robin talked about how Batman was the most important person in his life, how they did everything together, and that he was his best friend rather than just a mentor. She asked what it would mean for the utility belt to be repaired and ready for action again.
Robin replied even though Batman's moved on, he was continuing his legacy and he was still his Boy Wonder. She encouraged him to let out a good cry. He did but then clung to her and pleaded with her to help him out, otherwise he was just an incredibly handsome guy with perfectly tight buns. His pants fell down to his waist. She whistled. Steve Fletcher stepped out of a grandfather clock. Sonnaz introduced Steve as their resident horologist. Cyborg was next. She asked what happened. Cyborg admitted he got his butt whooped and his state-of-the-art cybernetic body was trashed. She asked him to tell her about his cybernetic body. He told her how his dad created it. She asked if his dad was important to him. He said he thought about him everyday and wished he was still alive. He talked about how his dad worked night and day after Cyborg's accident to give him a second chance and a new life. He felt the body was the only thing he had to remember his dad by. Sonnaz asked what it would mean to him if they could fix it.
Cyborg replied it would make him happy. She whistled. Mark Stuckey took the lampshade off his head. Tim Gunn stood up from inside a trash can. Mark introduced himself as the electronics expert and Tim admitted he mostly repaired bicycles but they would see what they could do. Tim thought he was worried he couldn't fight crime without his body. Cyborg admitted he was worried he would have no room to eat. Raven was next. Sonnaz asked if her cloak and brooch held a lot of meaning to her. Raven told her she wasn't going to sob like a blubbering little baby. Sonnaz asked if it was a gift from someone special. Raven revealed it was from her Nana and cried. Raven talked about how her dad was always busy with work so her Nana raised her and when she graduated from demon school, Nana gave her a cloak and brooch she made herself because she loved her. Sonnaz whistled. Julie Tatchell and Amanda Middleditch stood up from a pile of stuffed teddy bears. They tried to calm Raven down. Raven told them the brooch kept her demon side in check and without it, she would be consumed by darkness and the world would burn. Amanda offered her tea and biscuits.
Starfire was next. Sonnaz thought they were just mangled cutlery. Starfire corrected her and told her about how Lord and Lady Fish Fork were of a royal line passed down through the ages who accompanied Sir Edmund Hillary to the top of Mount Everest and later in 2012, carried the torch at the London Sheep Throwing Competition. Sonnaz thought it was a beautiful story but thought it sounded a little made-up. Starfire's eyes lit up and she grabbed Sonnaz by the scarf over a table. Sonnaz changed her tune and told Starfire she believed her a hundred percent. Starfire turned to normal and hugged her. Dominic Chinea burned a hole in the roof and dropped down to them. Sonnaz introduced him as the resident metalwork expert. He got a wooden wheelchair out. Starfire placed The Cutlery on it and promised not to leave their side. The Narrator noticed Beast Boy was sitting quietly in the corner feeling alone and left out. Beast Boy pointed out he had nothing that needed to be fixed.
The Narrator always admitted they often thought about getting a shop dog. Beast Boy lit up and turned into a dog. While The Narrator checked on the experts, Sonnaz petted Beast Boy but then he started running around frantically and she angrily gave chase. Steve fiddled with the utility belt but let out an exploding birdarang and Hawkman's Nth Metal mace then he got tasered. Robin frantically tried to turn it off. Julie and Amanda took measurements and ironed the cloak. Demon tendrils emerged and grabbed them. Dominic was about to weld The Cutlery but Starfire shielded them and blasted Starbolts at him. Mark and Tim started reassembling Cyborg's body but he cried so much, the water rose up to their ankles. Beast Boy swam around. Sonnaz swam after him with a scuba mask and fins on. The Narrator admitted they really enjoyed making people cry at their repair shop.
Steve noticed a lot of rich history on the belt and asked about the acid stains. Robin told him it was from the Joker's squirting lapel flower and recalled it was from one of Batman and Robin's first cases. Steve couldn't get one of the pouches open then a green gas escaped from it. Robin revealed that was a sample of Scarecrow's Fear Gas. Steve kicked himself for not being careful but soon felt the effects of the Fear Gas. He ran away from Robin. Outside, he fell to the ground and ran in a circle. Robin hoped Steve would stay alive long enough to repair his belt. Tim finished a loaner body for Cyborg to use temporarily. Mark admitted he mainly worked in radio tubes. He pressed the center of Cyborg's chest and old-timey music played. Cyborg thought the loaner was cool but his mobility was still limited by the toyetic design and he constantly needed winding. He was unable to eat outside and yelled out for someone to wind him again. Raven had trouble controlling her dark side and ordered Julie and Amanda to fix her cloak and brooch quickly or the world would feel his wrath. Amanda had to use a fire extinguisher.
Julie got an idea and gave her a teddy bear to help control her anger. She grabbed Julie by the collar and called them fools, promising to drink their souls and grind their bones to dust. Raven reverted to normal as soon as Amanda gave her a teddy. Julie left her to sew the nose on while they continued their work. Raven hoped her brooch could be fixed before she was consumed by evil and named her teddy, Mr. Chubsworth. Chinea used pliers on the forks but Starfire remained very close. He asked how long she knew them. Starfire replied she knew them since that morning but revealed the Lord and Lady met in Paris and later started a children's foundling hospital for teaspoons. Dominic told her the metal framework was severely degraded and the only way to fully restore them was to bond the remaining silver to Nth Metal, giving them the strongest grip on a fillet of fish and grant them the power of flight. He got to work with his welding torch. Starfire planned to celebrate by fulfilling their dream of attending the 300th annual Beans on Toast Festival.
Steve went to leather expert Suzie Fletcher for help on the belt. Steve reported the pouches were cleaned out but the nylon mesh was in tatters. Suzie presumed he wanted something in leather. Robin added it would have to be fire-resistant, radiation-proof, and comfortable on the hip. Suzie had such the thing and the color matched. She knew she could pleat it onto the pouch. She touched the buckle and Steve was cracked by a grappling hook. Mark wasn't sure about the wiring in Cyborg's body. Julie and Amanda tried a chant from a book on the brooch. It chomped at them. As Dominic welded, Starfire ate the molten bits that flied into the air. Beast Boy interrupted the Narrator mid-narration because he wanted to go out for a walk. The Narrator conceded but told Beast Boy he had to pick up his own poop. Tim used his grandfather's hammer to bash out some dents but Cyborg's brain was still connected and he felt every strike.
Julie pulled a lever and a compartment came out of the wall with Richard Talman on standby. Richard recognized the brooch as a Blood Stone which was usually used to hold back dark, arcane forces. He wasn't sure his mere mortal tools could fix it. Raven grabbed him and told him to fix it or die. Amanda reminded her about her teddy bear. Dominic tapped a bell. A slide appeared and Brenton West came sliding down it. Dominic introduced him as their resident silversmith. He even had his full name on his front teeth. Dominic informed him he reforged Starfire's friends using Nth Metal, so they were now a tad radioactive. Brenton believed a thick coat of lead paint would fix that issue. She hugged Brenton, spilling lead paint all over them both. Beast Boy peed on a table leg. Suzie worked on a pouch. Three piranha popped out and chomped on Steve's head. Beast Boy farted in a trash can. Sonnaz was aghast. Brenton painted the forks. Amanda used a sewing machine on Raven's cloak. Beast Boy farted near her teddy bears. Richard fixed the stone bit by bit, with the aid of a tweezer.
Mark and Tim buffed and polished Cyborg's body. Cyborg's butt turned into a thruster and scorched Tim's face. Repairs were completed. Sonnaz said she mainly enjoyed the crying and started off the presentation. Steve gave Robin his new Utility Belt. He was happy to see the laser-guided birdarangs, magnetic cable, and taser darts. He hugged his belt, believing Batman would be proud. The taser darts shot out and electrocuted Steve again. Mark tossed him. Cyborg jumped back onto his body and hugged Mark and Tim hard, believing his dad would be so happy. Dominic presented the forks. She was brought to tears by the shininess. Raven's tendrils grabbed Starfire and Dominic and tossed them. She grew weary of the sentimentality. Julie and Amanda put her cloak on her. She found it warm just like her Nana. Raven's stream of tears launched to the others. Sonnaz told the Titans they touched their hearts in a very special way, except Beast Boy. She told him to pick up his poop next time. Beast Boy fessed up. The radio announcer declared a crime alert and reported Mad Mod was attacking Big Ben. The Titans went through the roof and headed back to London. The Narrator asked the crew if anyone knew how to repair a roof.
