The Realm of Masters of Time is a dimension existing outside the space-time continuum. It is inhabited by Father Time and the New Year Baby. It appears to mostly mostly a void populated with time motifs. There is one solid piece of land, a floating clock face. After decades of failing to usher in the New Year and repeating past mistakes, the elder Teen Titans were teleported to the Realm of the Masters of Time by Raven to demand a good year. Father Time refused because he was rather amused by the Titans. A fight followed and Father Time reversed his decision.
