Dr. Light made Jump City's utility company his next business venture and bought it. The Teen Titans were his highest paying customers because of their wasteful lifestyle. Light declined to give them a discount to help with their $4000 bill and opted to maintain his nine figure salary. The Titans installed eco-friendly upgrades to the Titans Tower like solar panels, wind turbines, a cow for natural gas in the kitchen, and a compostable toilet to help them grow their own vegetables. They proclaimed they were off the grid and the Tower flew up into the sky, detaching from the meter. Dr. Light headed them off in the Power Plant, reattached meters, and dragged the Tower back to the island. The Titans used their renewable energy to the maximum to overload the grid. The solar and wind energy and natural gas brought the grid nearly to the threshold but the gas flooded Light's cockpit. After the compostable toilet was launched into the Power Plant, the building exploded with Light inside and the Tower lifted off into the sky again.
