After being stranded in the middle of Nowhere, USA by offended clowns, the Teen Titans stopped at the Roadside Rodeo but were mistaken as the rodeo clowns due to still being in extra costumes given to them by the clowns. The lead clown discovered Raven left her spellbook behind by accident and read a spell aloud. The clowns were transformed into Fish Zombies. The bus crashed into a tree. Starfire saw a 10 gallon cowboy hat and wore it. She was mistaken for the next bull rider and placed atop an angry looking bull. Despite all the bucking, Starfire quickly got the hang of it and stayed on him. The other Titans were kicked into the ring. The bull charged and hit Robin. He soared up out of his costume and landed in a barrel. He ordered a retreat. The Titans ran into a forest with Starfire and the bull in hot pursuit. They were clotheslined and the bull caught up to them. His demeanor suddenly changed and he happily licked Robin. He laid on his back for a belly rub by Starfire. She named him Lactose Free Cowmilk and declared him a friend then told him he was free and slapped his butt. He marched out of the forest to a rainbow and sunlit meadow.
Robin was not moved by the display of friendship and reiterated he was running out of time to deliver his present to Batman in Gotham City. Cyborg spotted a cabin advertising a Tri-County Gurning Championship and the top prize was a new car. Raven noted that was a helpful coincidence. Only Cyborg had years of gurn training and he advanced to the finals to face a redneck named Potato Face who happened to be the six-time gurning championship. Cyborg was worried by Potato Face's grotesque expression but after being cheered on, he busted out an ultimate move. Cyborg was declared the winner but his face was stuck in the expression. They discovered it would take a month for the car to be delivered. They walked down the road as night fell. The Titans later came across the bus and ran into the forest after the Fish Zombies revealed themselves. They ended up at the edge of a cliff and cowered in fear it was the end. Lactose came to the rescue of the Titans and bucked the clowns off the cliff. The Titans petted him then rode him to Gotham City.
