The Teen Titans visited London. Raven thought it was way more beautiful than Jump City. Cyborg thought the Indian food was delicious. He, Raven, Starfire, and Beast Boy munched on it. Robin read his Pardon My English book and practiced the local dialect on a local. The man was insulted and hit Robin with his briefcase then poured his tea on him. Starfire felt at home thanks to her new British friends, Lord and Lady Fish Fork. Robin pointed out they were just cheap silverware she bought at the gift shop. She slapped him with a glove, and told him to address them as The Cutlery. Mad Mod happened to be in the area blasting people and trapping them in his Mod style. Mod ran into the Titans and got excited at the prospect of the fun they would have. Robin demanded he release the innocent people or else. Mod was confident in the power of his Quantum Jewel and revealed he planned to take over world with it. He easily handled Starfire, Cyborg, Raven, and Beast Boy but Robin threw multiple Birdarangs at him.
Mod fired a projectile into the center of Robin's utility belt and blew it up. Mod then knocked The Cutlery out of Starfire's hands and blasted them, blasted Raven's brooch before she could finish her spell, and deflected Cyborg's arm cannon blasts back at him, blowing him to pieces. Beast Boy caught his head but ran into a pole. Mod declared it was a Mad Mod World and the Titans had no place in it. Robin ordered Raven to get them to safety. They ran through a portal. Mod continued his reign of terror but overheard the Narrator from The Repair Shop talking about how he was still unaware the Titans were about to challenge him again. The Narrator implored Mod to ignore him. Mod told him to tell the Titans he would be waiting. Mod sat on a throne atop a building and vowed to finish them off for good, then no one could stop him from ruling the world.
Mad Mod crowned himself but Robin yanked it off with magnetic cable. He floated down from Big Ben to them with his cane's umbrella. Cyborg boasted they were all fixed up and better than ever. Robin declared his crimes against fashion were over. The Titans charged. Mod rode around on his cane like a witch on her broomstick then opened fire on them. Big Ben was zapped instead of them and trapped in Mod style. Robin tried his laser-guided birdarangs but Mod ducked at the last second. He zapped Robin. Cyborg opened fire with Beast Boy, in lion form, in tow. Mod ran into a phone booth then inexplicably popped out from a manhole and blasted them. Mod parried Starfire's eye bolts with his cane's paddle form then zapped her. Raven conjured two arms and tried to pound him but he dodged and zapped her, too. Mod was about to finish them off but Tim Gunn threw his grandfather's hammer at Mod's cane. Tim demanded he release their friends at once or they would have to repair his bad attitude.
Julie Tatchell and Amanda Middleditch threw their teddy bears at his face. Brenton West threw his can of lead paint at Mod's head. Mod was angry and was about to blast The Repair Shop crew but Steve Fletcher jumped up and threw his three pairs of glasses like ninja stars into Mod's Quantum Jewel. It shattered to pieces. Everyone and everything affected by the jewel returned to normal. The Titans kicked Mod in unison. Sonnaz Nooranvary offered to repair the jewel if he promised not to use it for evil again. He promised he would try and sobbed. They left for The Repair Shop. The Titans invited the Narrator to join them for Indian food. He was moved by their offer and started crying. The Titans used their umbrellas.
