Kandor was the capital city on Krypton until it was shrunk and collected by Brainiac. During a mock date with a Supergirl from a parallel universe, Brainiac presented the Bottle City Kandor to her. He liked to shake it up and watch the people freak out just for kicks. The Kryptonians inside were tossed around and screamed in terror as buildings exploded and caught fire. She thought that was horrible. He tossed it and presented a Snapping Space Turtle. Kanor later showed up in Wayne Manor.
