During a heat wave, the Teen Titans exhausted Jump City's reservoir and Robin impulsively drank Zan of the Wonder Twins after he turned into a ice cold cup of water. Robin discovered he gained Zan's powers. He got part of an idea to have Jayna turn into a harpy eagle then he an ice gondola to fly the other Titans to the reservoir. They arrived and saw how big the reservoir was as well as how it was completely empty. They realized how wasteful they were. Jayna asked what was next but Robin admitted that was all he thought of. Jayna rallied them to fix the water shortage for the city and Zan but there was silence. Robin and Jayna used their powers. Robin took the shape of a puddle and Jayna, the form of a bumblebee. Robin jumped in but he was far too small to fill up the reservoir. Starfire noted if it rained it would be full again. Raven pointed out it hadn't rained in months. Jayne realized if the other Titans drank some of Robin, they could all turn into rain clouds and save the city.
They refused at first, grossed out by the thought of drinking Robin. Jayna agreed but told them it was the only way to stop the shortage. The Titans conceded. Robin took the shape of an ice water cooler and Jayna, the form of an octopus. She distributed the cups. The Titans took a drink but gagged. Starfire noted it tasted like a fish tank. It worked and the Titans all turned into a rain cloud. They began raining but Robin needed them to look away in order for him to rain, too. Jayna, as a hawk, told the others to look away. In no time, the reservoir was full again. Jayna still mourned for Zan but stepped on a puddle and discovered Robin must have rained him out. Robin tried to apologize but Jayna took the form of a porcupine and Zan, the shape of an ice cannon then they fired repeatedly at Robin.
