The Jump City Juvenile Correction Facility is a prison for young criminals, including those with super powers and the like. During an impromptu girl's night out, Starfire and Raven broke out of the facility. All three were later arrested and imprisoned at the facility. They soon escaped. Ravager later escaped. After retrieving her weapons from Evidence, she took down three guards but the Teen Titans blocked her exit. Ravager was so cool, she took down 4/5 of the Titans with words. Raven and Ravager hit it off and decided to go hang out. Some time later, Robin and Raven returned her to her cell. Raven and Starfire broke Jinx out of the facility when they formed a team to rescue Robin, Cyborg, and Beast Boy from the clutches of the Brain. During one of the Titans' movie nights, Beast Boy cut the wrong wire and it triggered a power outage at the Correction Facility. The power grid went down and all the jail cell doors were opened. Starfire, while magically empowered with Plastic Man's power, tried to drop Gizmo into the facility but her arm reached its limit and whipped back. The momentum launched Gizmo into space to the Sun.
