The Eebows held a rally at the Jump City Hall to protest being held captive under the arms and their emperor, Auggie, declared they would not bend to them anymore. He summoned Eebows from everyone in the city. The Teen Titans arrived and watched as citizens became crippled from the loss of their Eebows. The Eebows refused to back down and Auggie sent his army after the Titans. Dr. Light set off a crime alert at Jump City Hall. The Titans arrived via the T-Jet. Robin was intrigued when Light revealed he even prepared an evil monologue but he began to choke. Cyborg turned into a teleprompter and used quotes from Steel Magnolias. Robin realized the ruse and issued Light a second warning. According to superhero union rules, if a supervillain got three they were fired. Light implored Robin to return to City Hall at precisely 8:36 pm when he would reveal his evil plan. Beast Boy was happy he gave them enough time to eat. They waited until 9:45. Robin became irate at being stood up and went back to the Titans Tower.
