Brother Blood, The Brain, Gizmo, and Dr. Light agreed to hang out together and talk through their problems. Blood suggested they start with dessert first. They were all of the same mind and chose Joker's Gelato. Gizmo ordered the two scoops of Chocolate Minty Mark Hamill, Dr. Light got the Cookie Jared Ledough, Blood got the Joaquin Butter Pecan Phoenix in a waffle cone, and Brain got a Heath Ledger Bar Milkshake. Dr. Light was loving the Pepper Jack Nicholson sprinkles. The Brain admitted Joker's Gelato always put a smile on his face. A girl passed by their booth kicking a soccer ball. Brain suddenly became sullen and sobbed. The others implored him to share what was wrong. Brain told them about how the Teen Titans ruined his attempt to save a youth soccer game and his team blamed him as a result. Brain suddenly realized the juxtaposition of Robin telling Beast Boy to "take out the generator" and Beast Boy singing shrimp and prime ribs to it was funny. No one else thought so.
Blood admitted indulging in the frozen treats and sharing stories was truly cathartic for him. Light added it felt so much healthier to talk about their problems rather than carrying around all their anger. Gizmo realized he wasn't even mad at the Titans anymore. Blood proposed they give up their hatred for the Titans and instead, meet at Joker's Gelato once a week to discuss their problems like mature adults. They made a toast. The Titan Robot danced on top of the Joker's Gelato and reduced it to rubble. The four villains were consumed with rage and charged after the robot. There is also a Joker's Gelato inside the Dr. Manhattan Mall. The Titans took Doomsday to try ice cream for the first time but there was a long line. Eventually, the people noticed Doomsday in line and ran away in terror. Robin realized being friends with Doomsday could be beneficial.
The Titans took Doomsday out for ice cream but there was a long line going outside Joker's Gelato. A boy in front of them snickered at Robin whining and looked over his shoulder. He was frightened at the sight of Doomsday and let go of his balloon. Another man spotted Doomsday and alerted everyone. They all ran away. Doomsday tried to call out to them that he wasn't a bad guy. He was sad because he didn't even do anything wrong. Raven pointed out the just got them to the front of the line. Robin realized they could be friends after all, now that he knew he could profit from their friendship.
On an extremely hot day, Robin decided to survive the heat wave they were going out for ice cream. He wanted to go to Mr. Freeze's Frozen Freeze but the others wanted to go to Joker's Gelato. Robin hated Joker's ever since he was denied a free ice cream scoop on his birthday and humiliated when the Joker shoved it in his face. Cyborg pointed out he was Batman's former sidekick. Robin claimed the incident made his life go downhill. Cyborg suggested taking personal responsibility and Starfire pointed out he had rage issues. He angrily denied it. They slipped away into Joker's without him and marveled at the flavors available like Cesar Romero Cookie Dough and Zach Galifinak Bliss. Robin informed them he took a job at Mr. Freeze's Frozen Freeze and they were offering a free scoop on any day. Beast Boy and Raven were enticed. Cyborg deduced he was trying to steal customers away and put Joker's Gelato out of business. Starfire and Cyborg revealed they took jobs at Joker's to counter Robin's scheme.
Robin tried to propose free use of the bathroom but Raven and Beast Boy returned to Joker's where a new clown motif was in full use. A spring pad in the floor safely launched them into a booth then Starfire and Cyborg brought them gelato in an elaborate manner then entertained them with juggling and a unicycle. Robin hailed Batman on his Titans Communicator and reported a crime at the parlor. Batman raced over in the Batmobile, blew a hole in the entrance, and angrily walked it. Robin was shocked to see him in a booth with Raven and Beast Boy happily licking a strawberry ice cream cone. Even after Robin's drone kidnapped Raven and Beast Boy, Batman kept licking his ice cream. Robin set off a new ice age when his liquid nitrogen machine overloaded. Robin refused to take shelter in Joker's and walked into the snow. He defeated an alpha wolf and took over the pack then returned to destroy Joker's Gelato. The other Titans tried to barricade the windows but a wolf burst through the floor and grabbed Beast Boy.
The remaining trio hid in the restroom and locked the door. However, a wolf came up the toilet and grabbed Raven. Cyborg and Starfire ran for the entrance, dodging wolves bursting out a vent, clock, and wall. They bumped into Robin and were surrounded. Cyborg and Starfire realized he was still adamant about revenge. Cyborg took an ice cream cone out of his chest and offered it. Robin sniffed it and happily took it but still ordered his wolves to attack them. Robin and the wolf pack sat in Joker's Gelato content. Robin admitted the gelato was pretty good. The wolves howled. After being blown out of the Titan Robot by the military, Sticky Joe landed in the Batmobile, parked outside Joker's Gelato. He reached for his can of beans on the hood but accidentally turned off a Justice League distress call and set off an autopilot for the Batcave. Batman and Commissioner Gordon stepped outside with their two scoop ice cream cones to see the Batmobile was gone and laughed.
