After the Teen Titans failed the capture Carl Sanpedro in Chennai, India, Albert Jelenic initiated the last part of his plan to show them the overlooked parts of the world. Refusing to guess the next destination they listed off where they weren't going: Rome, Hawaii, and Cancun. Jelenic confirmed and gave them a clue, his hometown in Croatia. Robin recalled it was known for spectacular beaches and tasty cuisine. The Titans perked up after Robin mentioned Game of Thrones was filmed in Croatia. Cyborg couldn't believe Jelenic never told them there were dragons where he grew up. Jelenic revealed he did not watch Game of Thrones because there was too much politics. Robin stated it was a fictional show but mused he would be the King of the North. Raven scoffed and imagined he would be the boy king that nobody liked. Rather than look for Sanpedro, Jelenic asked them to check if the door to his old house in Zdrelac was open and if there was a bird inside, to ask his neighbor Blasko to take it out. He was adamant about Blasko handling it.
Robin realized what a beautiful county Croatia was but the others just wanted to see stuff from Game of Thrones. He pointed out that show was filmed in Dubrovnik hundreds of miles away. They chanted "Dragons!" They noticed Jelenic's door was open after all. They knocked but got no response then suddenly a red bird the size of an adult person popped out. They hurried to Blasko's house but saw he left a note saying he left town after a longshoreman stole his octopus salad. Starfire realized he was writing about Sanpedro. Robin deduced he was going to the island of Pag to drench the salad in the region's famous olive oil. The others didn't really care. Beast Boy turned into a dragon and flew the others to Pag. All but Robin cosplayed as characters from Game of Thrones. Robin slammed into Pag's welcome sign. Once he recovered, he studied a tree and was amazed the olive grove existed for over 1500 years. The others ignored him and cosplayed. Robin warned Beast Boy not to shoot flames because the olive oil was highly flammable.
Starfire found the trees boring. Robin retorted they were "magical." Raven asked if there was a medieval fantasy tree that lets people see through time. Robin revealed it contained a magical oil that slightly lowered your cholesterol. Raven was pretty sure she was right and touched the tree. She traveled in time and saw Robin taking embarrassing photographs of himself in a robin bird skintight suit as well as Sanpedro kicking it at Krka National Park. As they flew to the park, Robin was hit in the head with a bird in flight, an errant frisbee, and a parachuter. They flew into the park sign. Robin marveled at the waterfalls but Raven pointed out they saw them in Jamaica already. They were ready to chalk it up to missing Sanpedro again and wanted to go to Dubrovnik. Robin told them they weren't going to that tourist trap. Raven threatened to show the others what saw. Robin called her bluff. She showed them one of his photos. They all cried "Shame!" until he agreed to go to Dubrovnik. They arrived but flew into a castle. They found a piece of octopus tentacle on the ground and realized Sanpedro was around.
They saw him arrive atop an ice dragon then they were surrounded by ice zombies inexplicably led by Mr. Freeze in cosplay as the zombie king. Raven handed Robin the King of the North costume. Beast Boy turned into a dragon then took on Sanpedro and the ice dragon with Starfire while the others battled the zombies. Sanpedro won the aerial battle and sent Beast Boy and Starfire into the waters below. Raven called out to resplendent Croatia for aid. The big Croatian bird flew to them and defeated Freeze before he could finish Robin off. Freeze then the zombies and ice dragon vanished. Sanpedro landed on his butt and was grabbed by a face tree. They unmasked him and were shocked to learn he was Albert Jelenic all along. Jelenic told him out his plan to make them appreciate the overlooked parts of the world. Robin through the trip was a waste of time. Jelenic opened a door and asked them if it looked like a waste of time. All the dishes from their globe trotting adventure awaited them. Cyborg and Raven admitted it was fun to learn about geography. They finished the trip with beatboxing.
