Codsville is a small fishing village on the east coast of the USA and is home to the Doom Patrol. Every summer, Beast Boy returns to Codsville by bus to visit the Patrol whom he considers his family. The Doom Patrol started digging a hole at the beach for their clambake and discovered the Brain's cache of mutagen cannisters. They thought it was just trash and continued with their clambake. Superheroes began arriving but The Brain showed up with two police officers and they shut the party down because the Patrol didn't get a permit. Brain refused to let things slide and didn't care how important the party was for Beast Boy. The police arrested the Doom Patrol and Beast Boy and threw them in paddy wagon. By the time they escaped, Brain was perched atop his cannisters. He created a giant clam monster with one of them and revealed his plan was to use the monster to bend the Homeowners Association to his will and get the Doom Patrol kicked out of Codsville.
Negative Girl's energy projection and Beast Boy, as a gorilla, charged and booted Brain off the monster into the sand. They continued kicking him as he was buried head first in the sand. He declared they couldn't defeat his giant clam. The others blew it up with dynamite. Brain called them fools and took solace in ruining their party. Beast Boy got an idea and used the remains of the clam monster for the Doom Patrol's clambake. Police forced Brain to serve the Doom Patrol's guests at the base of the monster's tongue. Beast Boy, Negative Girl, and Robotman went to the beach to hang out with crabs. Four crabs arrived atop a motorcycle. Negative Girl admired their cool piercings and hair. Robotman was surprised they had hair. Beast Boy turned into a crab and exchanged fist bumps. They were suspicious about Robotman despite Beast Boy and Negative Girl vouching for him. When Robotman extended his hand for a hand shake, they pinched it and left it mangled and broken. They commenced the shenanigans.
A boy and sand castle was stomped, sand was kicked at a girl, they skate boarded, they pretended to be a shark, and spray painted walls. Robotman pelted a muscular man with sand and was pounded. Robotman skateboarded into a sign and lost his head. Robotman posed as a walrus and was eaten by a shark. Robotman spraypainted a wall but the owner of the Seas of Fun building loved his Aquaman and Black Manta mural. No matter what Robotman tried, he did something good by accident. He kicked a trash can but it ended up providing pizza to sewer raccoons. He took a lollipop from a baby but was congratulated for saving it from a choking hazard. Negative Girl had to return to her body before she peed herself and went nuclear out of embrassment. Beast Boy invited the crabs to come along back to the Doom Patrol's house despite not having permission to have friends over. The crabs turned on them and ransacked the house.
Beast Boy and Negative Girl left to look for their hideout and take their stuff back. It turned out to be very obvious thanks to a live crab sign above the entrance. They discovered skate ramps, arcades, pool tables, and a barbecue inside. Several were using Negative Girl's body as a pinata. They pinned the duo and pinched them. Negative Girl started to lose focus and went nuclear until the Chief, Elasti-Girl, and Robotman arrived. Chief morphed his wheelchair into a radical roadster then ran over all the crabs. He offered everyone crab legs. Negative Girl returned to her body and used the bathroom just in time. Beast Boy and Negative Girl vowed to only hand out with seagulls. The seagulls almost immediately attacked them and the rest of the Patrol. Negative Girl got angry and blew up, taking Codsville with her. The rest of the Teen Titans went to Codsville on a mission and fought a giant sea monster. Cyborg broke off to hang with Beast Boy and met Robotman, whom he had a lot in common with.
Beast Boy, Robotman, and Cyborg went out for ice cream. Robotman was leery of credit cards and Cyborg placated him by lying that he paid his bill in full every month. Cyborg was paged on his Titans Communicator but he was convinced to keep hanging out. Things took a turn for the worse when Cyborg and Robotman took up his offer to be merged into one. The fusion advanced their friendship to such a close personal level that the entire relationship turned toxic and unnatural. They ramapaged through Codsville that night. The Patrol was unable to defeat them. Elasti-Girl implored Beast Boy to think of something that would break them up. Beast Boy got an idea and went on Chief's van's loudspeaker then told Robotman about Cyborg's credit card debt. Robotman got further irritated when Cyborg said he was building up his credit score and from thinking of the double digit interest rate. The last straw was Cyborg admitting he only paid the minimum each month. They started attacking each other and violently split up.
The Brain was the grand marshal in the Codsville Thanksgiving Parade. He and Monsieur Mallah rode a cornucopia float. Shazam and The Wizard rode a float based on the Rock of Eternity, Aquaman and Aqualad walked a parade balloon of a seahorse, Green Lanterns John Stewart, Kilowog, and Tomar-Re rode a green float that referenced the Green Lantern Corps, three of Joker's goons walked a parade balloon of a clown, Batgirl rode a Batmobile float, and Commissioner Gordon and Batman drove miniature Batmobiles. Brain and Mallah noticed the Doom Patrol arrive with a float. Brain had Mallah hold it back. Brain saw it as an abomination. As grand marshal, he only wanted floats that brought the people of Codsville together and the Patrol's would scare them off with its weirdness. The Patrol pleaded with him to relent because it was Thanksgiving, the day of generosity. The Brain agreed and gave them five seconds to turn the float around and leave before he had it impounded. The Patrol left and sulked near the Seas of Fun store. Beast Boy didn't want to give up.
They decided to be a part of the parade whether Brain liked it or not. The Patrol drove down a street parallel to the one the parade was heading down. On Robotman's signal, Chief took a hard turn and drove down the narrow alley. To the spectators's horror, they rammed into Gordon and Batman. Luckily, they only suffered a sprained arm and broken foot respectively. The Patrol rear ended the Brain's float. He hinted they were too late to stop his plan. They had no idea what he was talking about. The Brain explained he was tired of dealing with the crowds at the start of the holiday shopping season so he was going to use the parade to imprison Codsville so he would get all the holiday deals for himself. The horn starting firing giant canned cranberry sauce and trapped people in it. The Chief pressed a button and the quarterback statue threw its giant football into the horn. It clogged and exploded. Brain stood up and dispatched flying pumpkins that fired missiles. Robotman launched his three dogs to take them out of the air.
Mallah rotated to the rear of the float and fired twin sunflower gatling guns. The Patrol took cover in Beast Boy's giant toilet. The hail of bullets shredded the leash holding the mother bear on the float. It charged and attacked Mallah. Negative Girl rode the mechanical turkey onto the streets and it roasted Brain and his float with its flame breath. Elasti-Girl increased her height and modified her strength then crumpled the Brain and his float into a ball and threw it into the toilet. As the toilet flushed, the Brain took solace they would have to deal with the holiday crowds. The Patrol retorted they were shopping online and getting the same deals. Robotman's dogs ate away the cranberry sauce and helped people get free. Beast Boy was eager to finish the parade but Elasti-Girl pointed out their float was totaled. Beast Boy had an idea already. The Patrol walked Elasti-Girl as a parade balloon to cheers from the spectators. Elasti-Girl declared it was the best Thanksgiving ever. Beast Boy shouted, "That's what's up!"
