Chrono Diner is a new American cuisine diner that opened across Yum Yum Kitty Diner in Jump City. Beast Boy and Cyborg decided to try it out instead of waiting in line to get in. Time Trapper waited on them. Beast Boy went to use the restroom and left it up to Cyborg to order for him. Cyborg found the slogan, "When you shout "Chrono Diner" turn back the clock to a time that's finer!" catchy. He ordered French toast and it appeared on the table. They loved it and dedicated their lives to it. They opened a food stand called Dem Sticks that only served French toast. After buying French toast from Cyborg and Beast Boy, Batman drove off in the Batmobile but the syrup was extra sticky and got all over his gas pedal and he drove into Jump City Bank then was mistaken as a bank robber because money got stuck to him. He ran into Wonder Woman and she, too, was mistaken for a bank robber. They ran for it and ripped the money off. One of the bills flew into Superman's face and he flew through a building that then toppled over. While running and eating French toast, Flash didn't realize he was ran over that building and he crashed into a nuclear power plant that triggered an explosion and Jump City was destroyed. The incident was undone once Cyborg shouted "Chrono Diner!"
Cyborg realized he traveled back to the moment he placed the order. Time Trapper confirmed by nodding. Cyborg theorized ordering something healthier would lead to a better outcome. After Beast Boy and Cyborg tried the oatmeal at Chrono Diner, they ended up at Axis Chemicals with the other Titans. They soon got an upset stomach from the oatmeal. Cyborg pushed everyone in his rush to get to the restroom but the other Titans fell into the vat of chemicals below and were Jokerized. Cyborg invoked Chrono Diner and was transported back in time to the moment he was looking at the menu, undoing what transpired at Axis. Cyborg decided to play it safe and ordered waffles for himself and Beast Boy. They were astonished and declared they were the best waffles in the universe. They drove through a beach in the T-Car announcing it on the loudspeaker and throwing out advertisements. They flew the T-Jet and dumped advertisements for the diner on cars sitting on traffic. They landed on Aquaman and Black Manta, amid a game of checkers, in the T-Sub and shot out advertisements.
They took the Titans Rocket into space and broadcast their declaration. Chickens From Space arrived and took all of the waffles from the diner to power their weapons. After the world was occupied for five months, Cyborg remembered he could invoke Chrono Diner and returned back in time to the moment he was ordering. Cyborg believed he could break the cycle by ordering off the lunch menu and asked for the Caesar salad. Beast Boy was confused there were no waffles. Cyborg insisted they try something light for a change. They felt great. Robin found them outside the diner and revealed he was giving them raises for being the best Teen Titans. Cyborg was relieved all was right for the world. Suddenly, a giant talking fish in a toga named Maximus Anchovy appeared and wanted revenge for eating his father Caesar Anchovy. He lunged towards them but got Robin instead.
