The Turbo Titans were impounded at Car Jail after Dr. Military framed them for the theft of ducks from the Jump City Animal Refuge. Starfire wished they could turn back into normal forms so they could use the human entrance but Raven lamented it was too humid for them to change. Beast Boy had enough and charged the fence but Cyborg warned him too late it was electrified. Robin advised them they could escape if they worked together. Robin ordered them to assemble. They lined up, locked bumpers, and engaged hydraulics. Raven covered them with her cloak. An improvised ramp was made. Robin made it over the fence and escaped. While in mid-air, he fired grapnel lines from his rear and pulled the other Titans out. Their celebration was short lived. The police pursued them. A mysterious semi-trailer truck came to their rescue and they drove inside his cargo hold. The semi ejected oil slicks to neutralize the police. The Titans discovered the semi was Sticky Joe. Robin believed a former associate of Dr. Military was the key to their exoneration, Chip Racerson Jr., the six time championship driver.
