After the Teen Titans discovered Cyborg's birthday wish was botched, Raven opened a portal to the Bureau of Birthday Wishes. She explained the Wish Fairies that worked at the Bureau were responsible for making people's wishes come true. Cyborg was not pleased one of them messed up and kicked the door open. He slapped the receptionist and informed him his birthday wish was messed up. The receptionist did not believe him. Cyborg explained he wished for everything to be cake, as in easy, but the fairies made everything actual cake. The receptionist still doubted Cyborg until Cyborg took a chunk of his desk and ate it, revealing it was cake. The receptionist unwrapped a present and called his boss. She came out and he apprised her of the situation. She ate a stapler then apologized to Cyborg as the other Titans ate everything in sight. She reiterated the fairies took pride in ensuring people got exactly what they wished for and deduced one of the Wish Fairies made a big, succulent mistake. The receptionist assumed it was Phillip.
Phillip pressed a button on the copier and it sucked in his clothes. The boss undid the wish with an incantation when it was really the receptionist undoing it at his computer. Robin tested her claim and bit his staff, breaking his teeth. The boss conjured a new birthday cake for Cyborg to make a wish. The Titans apologized for overwhelming him and promised to be more mindful and help out when they could. Cyborg thanked them and promised the next wish was going to be super clear. He blew out the candle and the other Titans vanished. He asked the fairies if he should not have wished for the Titans to get lost because he just wanted some alone time. The boss and receptionist stared at Phillip who awkwardly backed away.
