Bizarro World is a backwards version of Earth populated by the opposite of everyone on Earth. The Bizarro Titans live in an upside down T and birds fly upside down. Rejected by the other Titans in favor of Nibor, Robin used a special button in the Titans Tower elevator to travel to Bizarro World. However, his stay was short as he managed to annoy them, too.
