Bismarck is the capital of North Dakota. Rather than a direct flight from Jump City to Metropolis, Robin saved money by taking a flight with farm animals that stopped in Bismarck. As soon as the plane landed, Cyborg burst out of the pile of animals and kissed the tarmac in gratitude they were on land. He believed he was in Metropolis. Robin revealed they had an overnight layover in downtown Bismarck. Cyborg was displeased and proclaimed nobody wanted to be in Bismarck. To aid in their buddy road trip adventure, Robin booked a dirty, seedy motel room. He believed swapping personal stories in an affordable motel room would help activate the power of friendship. As they entered room 13, tons of roaches scattered off the walls and literally every space possible. Robin took a shower first then Cyborg went in after. He ran afoul of all of Robin's underwear hanging all over the bathroom and freaked out.
They shared a bed but Robin kept making noise with his an electric toothbrush, electric flosser, retainer, chips, and a humidifier. The surge protector naturally overloaded as they slept. The alarm Robin set for the next day was wiped out and they missed their flight. Cyborg awoke refreshed but realized he was sleeping against Robin's steel buttocks. Robin revealed daily squats and stretches kept them tight. Cyborg admired them but was still mad at him for being a terrible travel buddy. Robin closed his suit case but it popped open and his underwear landed on Cyborg. Instead of booking another flight, they took a train out of Bismarck.
