Acmetropolis is a city-planet protected by descendants of the Looney Tunes known as the Loonatics but it was eventually conquered by Trigon through an online acquisition. Raven, Hank, Cat, and Nana's excitement tempered when Trigon explained the Loonatics got superpowers from an asteroid and became extreme superheroes. Cat didn't believe it was real. Hank was nauseated. Raven had no idea what Loonatics were. Trigon believed he could make Acmetropolis even better and make it the number one entertainment destination. Cat didn't understand the "Unleashed" catchphrase. Trigon suggested it made the Loonatics edgy. Nana complained it made her eyes hurt. Trigon explained the Loonatics protected Acmetropolis from natural disasters. Cat called the whole planet a disaster. Hank asked if there were at least any cool villains. Trigon presented a disgruntled weather reporter, mutated dolphin man, and an evil descendant of Porky the Pig. Raven tried to let him down easy but Nana thought he was the lunatic for buying a junk planet.
Trigon insisted the world was filled with action and brand recognition and called it a win-win. Raven agreed whoever created the Loonatics went too far trying to make it extreme. Trigon believed they didn't go far enough and had an idea to improve Acmetropolis. Nana warned him to leave the Loonatics alone or he would get them killed. He hurled another asteroid at the planet to make the Loonatics even more unleashed but it crushed the Loonatics to death. Hank thought it was too bad he couldn't just replace them with another team of superheroes nobody would miss. Trigon got an idea and teleported the other four Teen Titans to Acmetropolis. He was confident they were a perfect fit. Raven agreed... as long as they didn't do anything idiotic first. They touched the meteor and gained superpowers, renaming themselves the Teen Toonatics. Beast Boy, now Ba Boom! Boy, turned into a bomb and caused property damage. Cyborg, now Hackborg, hacked everything. He turned a stop sign into a cheeseburger and caused a car crash. Starfire, now Solar Flare, burped fire and set the city ablaze. Robin, now Rocket Robin, laid an egg.
Trigon tried control alt delete and Ctrl Z but the Toonatics continued to ruin the planet. Trigon teleported to Acmetropolis and threatened the Toonatics in vain. Solar Flare fired a solar blast at him, Ba Boom! Boy detonated himself on one of Trigon's hooves, Hackborg hacked a squirrel into a volcano and it erupted on Trigon's chest, and Rocket Robin fired an egg at his face. Trigon hurled the meteor at them. Raven teleported in front of the Toonatics and conjured two hands to hold it back but she struggled. They advised Raven to unleash her powers. She touched it and proclaimed herself Pidgeon then pecked the meteor to pieces. She implored Trigon to admit Acmetropolis was a lost cause. Trigon shrank to regular size and said he just wanted her to learn how to successfully run the family business. Raven pointed out she learned what not to do and if she did everything opposite, she would be fine. Trigon conceded. Raven had an idea for another planet. He perked up.
