The Ultimate Batarang is a mythic Batarang reputed to be Batman's most prized possession. Some even doubt its existence. In reality, all it does is display flashing lights and the like for entertainment purposes. Batman and Commissioner Gordon observed it in use on a Tuesday. When not in use, Batman keeps it in a case in the Batcave but doesn't allow anyone to touch it. When the Teen Titans visited, they took the Ultimate Boomerang with them for a fight against H.I.V.E. but Gizmo activated it. When the batarang's true purpose was revealed, Robin was a little less scared of Batman. It was stored in the Titans Tower attic. Sticky Joe once ended up in the Batcave. He was launched out of the Batmobile when it came to a stop and he hit the Ultimate Batarang case. He tried to use it to pry the can open but it slipped and bounced around, startling the local bats.
